St. Patrick's Day Rainbow Fruit Tray
If you're looking for the easiest but super festive Fruit Tray to jazz up your kiddos after school snack, impress your guests at your next March gathering, or to simply add some fun to your St Patrick's Day dinner, then look no further!
This Rainbow Fruit Tray is not only super cute & easy to make, it's also a great way to get your littles to eat more fresh snacks. A fresh snack board is my #1 Mom Hack to getting my 2 and 4-year-olds to eat more fresh foods for snack over the packaged snacks they love to run to.
I loved how seriously easy this was which makes it a snack you can make any time of year or day of the week. I also used pretty basic fridge staples for us, except the pear, which was so tasty on this board that I'm wondering why I don't buy them all the time! You could easily swap out any color of the rainbow for any fruit you typically have on had in that color. There are also no rules! Make your rainbow whatever color & fruit combo you want. For ours, I used strawberries, mandarin oranges, green grapes, a mix of blueberries & blackberries (I found the blackberries helped keep the blueberries in place.), pear, and gold chocolate coins.
I added gold coins to one end of this rainbow because I wanted to give it an easy St. Patrick's Day nod but you could leave them out and just do double clouds if you're not wanting to add chocolate. If you are craving chocolate, we have loved this pack from Amazon.

Ingredients:
1 cup Quartered strawberries
2 Mandarian oranges, peeled
1 small bunch of green grapes
½ cup mixed blueberries & blackberries
1 pear cubed
½ c chocolate coins
Directions:
Wash and dry all fruit.
Prepare fruit - Quarter strawberries, peel & separate mandarin oranges, cut grape stems into small bunches of 3-4 grapes each, cut into slices & cube pear.
Assemble the rainbow - place each fruit by color in an arch starting with red. Assemble red, orange, green, and blue. Add “clouds” to one side of the rainbow and gold coins to the other.
Take a picture, serve, & enjoy!
